Every item we sell is custom made to order. Most of our unique products are processed and produced within 3-7 business days, at which point a shipping notification with tracking ID is sent to you via email. After this, most items are shipped out and delivered within 5-7 business days.
Also note that shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can take up to 7-12 business days (after production of items). Please note that these are general guidelines and for special information related to a specific item, it will be noted on the product page, for example, the few items printed by our overseas production partner can take up to 3 weeks delivery, after production.
Please double check to ensure that your address has been entered correctly at the time of purchase. Any failure of delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address is not our responsibility.
