We don’t allow returns but exchanges only.
We accept exchange requests only in case of damage or defect on the products delivered. We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a exchange in case of damage or defect. We’ll require photos and unboxing video to approve returns for these cases within 7 days from delivery. Once the QC is approved, we will exchange your order for free or full refund.
In case of size changes, we provide exchanges for $5 per product.

First, please check your bank account to confirm whether your account has been debited. If your account shows a debit despite a payment failure, the amount is typically refunded by the bank within 10 business days.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be modified during transit.
Once your order is confirmed and accepted, you cannot add more products to it. You’ll need to place a new order for any additional items.
